Hachi Hachi Bistro : Sushi and Whatever

Hey people, it's been awhile, huh? Today I'm going to write a review about one of my favourite Sushi Restaurant in town,

So without further ado, here we go

Lets start with my favourite dish on the menu,

Salmon Dip - IDR 49.

what I always order everytime I visit Hachi Hachi, one portion of very tasty Sushi, what's inside is, sliced avocado, sliced cucumber, a little kani stick, rolled with seaweed, and flavourful rice, also, slices of salmon on top, eat them with their signature Dip ; mayo and chilli, with crunch on top, mixed them all together, you'll get a very mouthful of delicious sushi you'll ever taste!

Super Crunch Roll - IDR 50.

another favourite, what's inside is, a fried shrimp, rolled with sliced cucumber, rolled with seaweed and rice, they put their magical delicious sauce and another crunch on top, very delightful!

Peking Salmon Roll - IDR 49.

And this is goin to be my new favorite, Fried Salmon Skins, Rolled with Rice and Slices of Salmons, a little bit mayonaise and Tobiko on top, This is one delicious unique kind of sushi, I like it!

Salmon Crunch - IDR 36.

And my all time favourite, Salmon Skin Crunch, one delicious snack, so crunchy, the salmon skin is perfectly sliced, with a little bit of salmon meat, makes the flavour more delicious!

Grab this babies for your appetizer, you won't regret it.

I'm gonna note this to all of you : the soy sauce that we usually use for our sushi is way too salty, so be aware, don't put too much of soy sauce to your sushi, or they'll taste salty as hell.
